Trailers

In early 2007 Florian started producing trailers for Deutsche Welle TV as a freelancer.

Deutsche Welle is a TV and radio broadcasting station, conveying German and other news, events and positions on important issues to people abroad.

The promos are usually between 25 and 30 seconds long, advertising programs running mostly on the same day. The time frame for the producer is limited and extremely tight. In just a few hours all video material is viewed, the trailer is storyboarded, voice-over texts are written, then translated into English, Spanish and Arabic, then the material is edited down to a clear and conclusive teaser, adding appropriate music and/or sound fx.

The trailers are produced at the studios of RTL/hop-berlin.
