“Jedes Kind mitnehmen!” —Slogan for Kita-Preises 2006

Compared internationally, Germany's educational system is mediocre at best. Kindergardes are too full, schools are segregated and children from low income families generally have lesser chances for support. There is a plethora of measures German politicians need to take to alleviate these problems. On behalf of the Bertelsmann Stiftung, Florian worked alongside Jutta Tränkle, producing 3 short films for the Kita Awards ceremony in Spring of 2007, honoring the best kindergardens in Germany.
