By the age of 16 Florian Sachisthal was a member of the ensemble at the Ernst Deutsch Theater in Hamburg, Germany. In New York he studied acting at the New York University Tisch School of the Arts as well as the Barrow Group with Seth Barrish. Nächte in Wilhelmsburg (Nights in Willhelmsburg) is an award-winning sitcom series directed by Roman Deppe. In it Florian plays the part of Kay. The third instalment had its premiere in September of 2007 at the Hamburg Short Film Festival.
